NIZZA was born in Piazzale Nizza as a local landmark: a wood-fired pizzeria and a restaurant where fresh fish meets Italian tradition. For almost twenty years we have used long leavening with Italian flours and baked in the flames.
In October 2025 we completed a full restyling: wider spaces, warm light and an elegant, welcoming setting. The same kitchen as always, in a renewed dining room. We select D.O.P. and I.G.P. ingredients so every dish speaks of the quality of its produce.
